About the Event
Join us for our 2025 installment of Camp Get Well Soon at Assembly and carve out a few hours of your Saturday for a day centered around wellness and community! For those who have been before you know the drill, for all the newcomers Camp Get Well Soon is a unique experience that blends movement, mindfulness, creativity and meaningful conversation—all culminating in a deeply restorative sound bath.
Guided Meditation & Yoga: Begin the day by grounding into your body with a guided meditation, followed by an energizing and fun vinyasa flow. This Camp we will be flowing to Beyonce's Cowboy Carter, because the album of the year is just that good!
Nourish & Stitch: A Roundtable on Food as Medicine + Apron Embroidery
